Rebecca Smyth

I'm grateful to call Grand County home. I was born in Alaska, and my family moved here when I was one year old. More than 30 years later, my husband and I are raising our son in the same mountains that raised me.

Life here means baking in the kitchen, gardening in the summer, and getting outside every chance we get: snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing and paddle boarding. Grand County is an outdoor paradise, and I feel lucky every day to live and work here.

As a Realtor® with eXp Realty and part of Monica Graves' Purple Mountain Group, I help buyers and sellers across all of Grand County, from Winter Park and Fraser to Grand Lake, Granby and Kremmling. I focus on mountain homes, second homes, vacation rentals, land and luxury properties. I also know FHA loans inside and out: I've closed FHA-financed sales in a county where most buyers pay cash, so if you're financing with FHA, I know how to get you to the closing table. Before I was licensed, I spent two years as a transaction coordinator, so I know what it takes to get from contract to closing.

Every home I list gets treated like luxury real estate, whatever the price. I call it the Ready-Now Listing System. For buyers, I explain the mountain details that matter before you buy: wells, septic, road access, winter and rental rules.

Real estate, to me, is about more than transactions. It's about helping you find a place where you can slow down, reconnect and make memories with the people you love. The lifestyle first, the property second.
