Real estate in Fraser

A hometown feel five to ten minutes from Winter Park Resort, with lots of newer homes.

Living in Fraser

Fraser sits five to ten minutes from Winter Park Resort on US-40, and the Fraser River Trail connects the two towns for walking and biking. Fraser Valley Elementary is in town, then East Grand Middle School and Middle Park High School in Granby. Fraser Tubing Hill and trails for biking, hiking and cross-country skiing are close by.

It's known as the Icebox of the Nation for its cold winter mornings.

Homes in Fraser

Fraser has condos, townhomes and single-family homes, with lots of newer builds. Neighborhoods include Grand Park and Meadow Ridge. There are more full-time residents than in Winter Park, plus second-home owners who want to be close to the slopes without being at the base. Fraser is also one of the county's busiest short-term rental areas.

Compared with Winter Park, you get a bit more value and more of a hometown feel, a few minutes farther from the lifts.
